Terms of service

PrintPDFOnline ("we", "us") prints PDF documents uploaded by customers and delivers the printouts within India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

• You must own, or have the right to print, every document you upload. We do not print material that is illegal, infringes copyright, or is hateful or obscene, and we may cancel and refund such orders.
• We print your file as uploaded. Please check page order, margins and content before ordering. Colours on paper may differ slightly from your screen.
• The price shown at checkout, including delivery, is the full amount you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. You will receive an order ID to track it.

Privacy policy

• What we collect: the PDF you upload, your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, and payment status from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• How we use it: only to print and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data. We share it only with our payment provider (Razorpay) and courier partner as needed to complete your order.
• Your files: stored privately and encrypted. Files from unpaid checkouts are deleted automatically within 1 day, and files from paid orders within 30 days.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used and improve it. These tools may set cookies and collect pseudonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type. We do not send your PDF, address or payment details to them.
• Your rights: email us to see, correct or delete your personal data.

Refund & cancellation policy

• Cancellation: you can cancel for a full refund until we start printing. Email us with your order ID.
• Damaged or wrong prints: if your printouts arrive damaged, or do not match your file and chosen options, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint for free or give a full refund.
• Because every order is printed to order, we cannot refund once printing has started, except for the cases above.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping policy

• We deliver across India through courier partners.
• Orders are printed within 1 working day and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode.
• Delivery is free on larger orders as shown at checkout; otherwise a flat delivery fee is added.
• You can follow your order on the Track order page.
